What is Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is an exhilarating sport that challenges both physical strength and mental focus. It consists of two main lifts:

The Snatch: In one fluid motion, athletes lift the barbell from the ground to overhead, demanding speed, precision, and explosive power.

The Clean and Jerk: This lift involves two distinct movements. First, athletes lift the barbell from the ground to the shoulders in the clean phase. Then, they drive it overhead in the jerk phase, requiring a combination of strength, technique, and coordination.
